Através del estudio se va abriendo un mundo desconocido. La investigación científica dirigida hacia la historia de la arquitectura resulta apasionante, al saber o intentar saber y conocer. Y no sólo en cuanto a la vivienda, la familia que la encargó , y sus constructores, aspectos de los que muy poco se supo , sino en cuanto a aprender cómo llegar a saber. Así, si se ve el estudio en base a logros, datos encontrado podría decirse que no fue ron muchos. Pero esto es evidencia de una realidad, signos de una época en que no sólo existían grandes mansiones encargadas por familias pudientes a arquitectos de renombre. Esta vivienda lo muestra, el no encontrar datos es producto de la falta de notoriedad de sus dueños y constructores, con ésta realidad que va poblando Playa Ancha.The study begins with a great interest, which increases as the research progresses, opening up new paths and challenges.
