Abstract
La Casa se ubica en un terreno triangular, con acceso al norte y fachadas a las calles sur, este y oeste. Tiene tres niveles, con un zócalo que eleva el primer nivel. El primer nivel alberga el acceso, la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina, el baño y una bodega. El segundo nivel alberga dos dormitorios y un baño. El tercer nivel alberga un dormitorio principal con baño y vestidor.
La estructura de la casa es de entramado de madera con relleno de adobillo. El exterior está revestido con tinglado de madera. El interior está decorado con estuco de barro y papel mural.
La Casa tiene una composición arquitectónica armoniosa, con grandes ventanales en las elevaciones norte y este que permiten el ingreso de luz natural.
